Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, include all original tags, and are returned within 30 days of receipt; please note that re-strung rackets or used hygiene products cannot be accepted.

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, clearly indicating whether you require a full refund or an exchange for a different size or model.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the completed returns form is placed inside the parcel.

  Ship to PDHSports

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our returns department; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.
